A 10-Module Healing + Growth Curriculum for Women Ready to Move from Shame to Self-Trust

Program Description :

This is a 16-session coaching program designed for adult women who were diagnosed with ADHD later in life—or are beginning to understand themselves through that lens—and are ready to actually work with their brain instead of against it.

This space is for people who are tired of insight without change. Together, we’ll focus on making sense of your patterns, reducing shame, and building systems that feel realistic and sustainable in your everyday life. By combining individualized coaching with group support and practical education, the goal is to help you move from awareness into real, integrated change.

What’s Included:

Participants will receive:

  • 6 individual 45-minute coaching sessions for personalized support, strategy, and accountability ( Scheduled between Alyssa & Participant as needed/necessary)

  • 10 weekly 60-minute group sessions focused on education, skill-building, and shared experience ( Wednesdays 12:30pm-1:30pm)

  • Practical tools to support follow-through, emotional regulation, and daily structure

  • Guidance in identifying and shifting unhelpful patterns and internal narratives

  • Support in building ADHD-friendly systems that align with how your brain actually works

  • A supportive, relatable community of others navigating similar experiences

    How This Program Is Structured

    This program is built around a few core pillars designed to help you move from awareness into real, sustainable change. Each phase builds on the next, so you’re not just learning—you’re actually integrating.

    1. Understanding Your Brain & Your Patterns

    We start by making sense of your ADHD in a way that actually feels personal and relevant—not generic.

    You’ll focus on:

    • Recognizing your unique patterns (procrastination, avoidance, all-or-nothing cycles)

    • Understanding how your brain processes motivation, focus, and emotion

    • Untangling years of self-judgment and misinterpretation

    2. Emotional Regulation & Shame Reduction

    A big part of late diagnosis is not just behavior—it’s how you feel about yourself.

    You’ll focus on:

    • Building awareness of emotional overwhelm and reactivity

    • Learning tools to regulate your nervous system in real time

    • Reducing shame and shifting the internal narratives that keep you stuck

    3. Executive Functioning in Real Life

    This is where we translate insight into actual, usable strategies.

    You’ll focus on:

    • Follow-through, time awareness, and task initiation

    • Creating structure without rigidity

    • Finding systems that are flexible, realistic, and repeatable

    4. Identity, Self-Trust & Sustainable Change

    The goal isn’t perfection—it’s building a way of living that actually works for you.

    You’ll focus on:

    • Rebuilding trust with yourself

    • Letting go of comparison and “shoulds”

    • Creating sustainable rhythms instead of short-term fixes

    5. Integration & Accountability

    Change happens through consistency, not just insight.

    You’ll focus on:

    • Applying what you’re learning in real time

    • Staying accountable with support (not pressure)

    • Adjusting systems as your life and needs evolve

    This program includes 6 individual coaching sessions and 10 group sessions—blending personalized support with consistent structure and accountability.

    This pricing is designed to make this level of support more accessible, while still offering a high-touch, meaningful experience.
